Create your very own gin from scratch at the award-winning York Gin Distillery – the ultimate hands-on experience for gin lovers and creative spirits alike.
Under the guidance of a WSET-trained Gin Tutor, guests explore the art of distilling, learn how botanicals blend and balance, and then take charge of their own mini copper still to craft a one-of-a-kind gin. Of course, there are plenty of tasters and stories along the way – it wouldn’t be a proper gin experience without them.
You’ll leave with a personalised bottle of your own creation to take home, plus the recipe safely stored so you can reorder your masterpiece any time.
