Our prints are produced using archival-quality printing with fade-resistant, acid-free materials and pigment-based inks for long-lasting vibrancy and durability. We use 275gsm luster card.
Prints are available in A4, A3 and A2 sizes. A4 and A3 prints can be purchased framed or unframed, with standard (black or white, Perspex front, no mount) or premium frames (black, white or wood effect, glass front with mount). A2 prints are unframed only. Wood-effect premium frames feature an engineered wood core wrapped in distressed wood-effect vinyl.
Packaging - All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Framed prints are protected with bubble wrap, tissue paper and sturdy cardboard boxes. Unframed A4 prints are sealed in biodegradable protective wallets and sent in board-backed envelopes, while A3 and A2 prints are wrapped in paper and securely rolled in postal tubes.
Gift wrapping - Optional gift wrapping is available, with tissue paper neatly wrapped around the product and finished with a branded The Word Shack sticker.
These are year prints NOT season prints, therefore they will provide facts for the year, e.g. if the year selected is 1962 we will pull facts from the end of the 1961/62 season and the beginning of the 1962/63 season. We do on occasion reference one of the specific seasons (for top goal scorer, average attendance, number of seasons in the league/division) and this will always correlate to the season the recipients birthday falls in, the cut off point for the change of season 1st August so if the recipients birthday was 1st Aug 1962 we would reference the 1962/63 season for those parts. All other facts are year based.
