Standard oven gloves are typically only suitable up to 240c, so to offer you suitable protection for handling our heated stones, we strongly recommend our own gloves which are tested to be safe for handling items up to 350c dry heat, making them great for general use and your barbecue as well.
Variations
The soft and flexible material used in our gloves gives you all the control you will need to safely handle all our stones, safe in the knowledge that you will be adequately protected when removing the stone from your chosen heat source.
Made from
Your SteakStones® gloves can be machine washed at 40°C. To maintain maximum protection from high temperatures the gloves need to be free from grease and dirt. If not kept clean heat will penetrate through these deposits and directly onto the skin. Do not bleach. For heavy grease we recommend dry clean.
SteakStones® gloves can be tumble dried on a cool cycle. For best results reshape the glove before drying and dry naturally. Please note your gloves need to be fully dried before using as damp gloves do not have the same resistance against heat.
These gloves will last and wash without deteriorating.

These gloves are certificated to the standard EN407 and have the maximum level in flame resistance.
