Our venison salamis are beautifully packaged with individual labels for each of the three varieties. They will arrive in a colourful gift presentation box. The salamis are made from wild venison,hertiage pork fat and mixed herbs and spices including: caraway seeds, smoked paprika, crushed black pepper, chilli, sloe berries, sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate.

Each salami is approximately 110g and 20cm long.
