In this gin-making experience, you learn how to create your own, individual, one-of-a-kind, gin. It can’t be bought or replicated by anyone other than you.Flavour profiling is the key. Yes, FLAVOUR PROFILING! Maybe you’re a citrus sort of a person? Or just a bit spicy? Pick up to six botanicals and then it’s over to the masters who will graft away to distill and perfect your unique recipe.Of course, the really brilliant bit is you have to decide on a name for this bespoke London Dry Gin. This is serious stuff - it will be after all your brand. Our advice is to think long and hard before arriving at the class.
Sadly you can’t take it home there and then. Your liquid heaven needs to be bottled, sealed with wax, and labelled. Seven days later and your very gorgeous bottle will be delivered to your door. Remember to keep the recipe card, so 58 and Co. can keep up the good work and produce your personal gin for years to come.
