Along with the baby's name and birth date, the phase of the moon and constellation shown at the bottom will be different on each order, depending on the birth date and star sign of the child. We will work out the correct phase of the moon for you, based on the child's date of birth. If you do not know the child's star sign, we can also work this out for you, just leave the option blank.
