Learn to make delicious sushi from scrach in this fun London cooking class.

Dreaming of freshly made sushi? Want to make sushi at home rather than dishing out the dough for fine sushi dining or flavourless shop-bought stuff?

Your experienced chef teachers will welcome you into their friendly family-run kitchen for this brilliantly unique night of relaxed culinary mastery. The class will kick off with a detailed demonstration where you'll learn the essentials of making sushi, from cooking the sushi rice and prepping the fillings to mastering those important sushi knife skills and finally, constructing the sushi.You will then get to try your own hand at making some sushi, with your expert teachers on hand to help if you need and then after an enjoyable night spent mastering sushi, you will sit down with old and new friends alike to enjoy your delectable creations together! This class can be made suitable for GF, vegan and vegetarian diets on request.

LOCATION: 3 Enterprise Way, London. SW18 1FZ. Wandsworth Town is the closest train, 10 minute walk from Wandsworth town or 15 minutes walk from East Putney on the district line.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

We offer this class on different days and hours, please get in touch in order to confirm specific dates. The workshop is 2h long. We will privide all the equipment, aprons and ingredients - you do not need to bring anything asides from pens (if you want to take notes), booze (if you want to drink) and Tupperware if you would like to take leftovers

This class is hosted roughly 3 times per month. Further Information will be provided on your voucher.

Age: All ages welcome, Under 16 will have to be accompanied by a parent (who will need to book their own spot)

Please note: Knives and Hot surfaces will be in use.
