You will return from our retreat feeling empowered and relaxed, you will have the ability to bring mindfulness tools into your daily life.

The Synergy Experience team are qualified mindfulness, yoga and meditation teachers. We introduce mindfulness activities and practices on our retreats that can easily be brought into your daily life at home or at work.
