Print will be dispatched in a plastic sleeve in a hard backed envelope.
If you requested a proof of your print, please be aware that we will be uploading this to your account on the notonthehighstreet.com website, you will be sent a message to inform you it is there. If you haven't received anything within 48 hours, please check your junk mail. If we haven't heard back from you after 5 days with your approval, we will go ahead, print and send your order.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
