Each personalised name decal is precision-cut from ORACAL® 351 premium metallised polyester film, manufactured by ORAFOL. The material is designed specifically for computer-controlled cutting and offers excellent dimensional stability, helping detailed lettering maintain its shape after application.
ORACAL 351 uses a clear, permanent solvent-based adhesive and is designed for decorative labels, lettering and nameplate applications. Depending on the finish, the polyester film is approximately 0.023mm to 0.05mm thick, creating fine, elegant lettering rather than a bulky raised sticker.
ORAFOL's technical data also records excellent dimensional stability, resistance to household cleaning agents and no variation following controlled seawater-resistance testing. When correctly applied, the material is suitable for durable decorative applications on clean, smooth surfaces. ORAFOL lists up to two years' vertical outdoor durability under normal Central European conditions with professional processing.
For the best adhesion, apply to a thoroughly cleaned, dry surface free from dust, grease, polish or other contamination.
Each decal is supplied as precision-cut lettering, so there is no printed or transparent rectangular background once applied.
Available in sizes from 5cm to 30cm, providing options for small children's bottles through to large insulated flasks, sports bottles and oversized reusable drink bottles.
The selected measurement refers to the approximate overall width of the completed name decal. The height varies naturally depending on the number of letters, font proportions and personalised wording.
For example, a short name such as “Leo” will have different proportions from a longer name such as “Charlotte”, even when both are ordered at the same width.
Measure the smooth usable area of your bottle before ordering and choose the closest suitable decal width. For curved bottles, avoid measuring around the full circumference; measure only the area where the lettering will sit.
