CREATE YOUR NAPKIN
1. Choose your napkin and embroidery colour
2. Place your order online.
3. Hand write your embroidery onto plain white paper using a felt-tip black pen. Take a clear photo in good, natural light. Ensure the writing is clear.
4. Submit an order enquiry and upload the your photo.
5. If you would like multiple napkins in the same colour, please increase the quantity and attach one or multiple photos. If you would like multiple napkins with different colours, please place separate orders and attach images separately.
HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PHOTO:
1. Login to your Not On The High Street account and go to ‘My Orders’.
2. Click ‘Contact Seller’.
3. Attach the image to a message, enter your name into the text box and submit.

It’s tempting to add lots of words, but this can make your embroidery look cramped.
0-15 words - works perfectly.
20-30 words - will start to look cramped.
30-40 words - will be very small & squished.
40+ words - requires central placement and an additional £10 charge.
We will size your text to achieve the best possible embroidery result. If you have a specific size in mind, please send a message before ordering.
Please note, we cannot offer re-dos if the embroidery appears too small or too large due to the word count. We want your piece to turn out beautifully, so feel free to ask any questions before we begin.
