Choose from unique designs, watercolour, Elderflower or Rose. The design is printed in Britain and filled with dried wheat ready to heat or cool. Hold against achy joints, muscles or rest against tired eyes to soothe and relax. StephieAnn wheat bags can be used as both a hot water bottle or cold pack.

Heat by microwaving for 30-60 seconds or cool by freezing for a minimum of 30 minutes. Instructions included.
