Great Taste award winning Lone Stag Spirit infusions created by hand using traditional methods starting with my grandmothers raspberry gin recipe.
Hereforshire farm berries, and hand cut lime zest, made in my kitchen at home, delicious, served over ice, a slice of lime a sprig of fresh mint topped up with tonic, alternitively a splash in your bubbles.
The Frisky Fruit preserves also made by hand, out of the soused fruit waste, berries can be enjoyed on toast or try one of the recipes on the recipe card included, like a gin laced topping for a white choc cheesecake, or simply poured over icecream.
