We’re on a mission to get people eating great cakes! It’s always amazed me that you can walk into a cafe, market or food festival and buy a piece of cake that looks lovely but tastes so disappointing. I’ve always loved baking and I knew I could do better, so Simply Cake Co. was born.

Over five years later, we’re focused every day on making truly indulgent and delicious bakes with top-quality ingredients. We only use proper Belgian Chocolate, real butter and free-range eggs in this bakery …unless it’s our amazing vegan range, of course! Choosing quality may come at a cost, but to us, it’s worth it!

We’re so proud of our recipes which are gluten-free but you wouldn’t know it! In fact, most of our customers aren’t gluten intolerant but choose us anyway. Choosing to go all gluten-free means we can include as many people as possible in our cake revolution!
