A charming oversized vintage locket decorated with an intricate thistle.
This thistle necklace features an solid brass locket which has darkened over time to a deep, rich gold colour. In the centre is a beautifully detailed Scottish thistle in a coordinating gold. All of our lockets are made in our Edinburgh studio.
The thistle locket measures 27mm across (just over one inch) and has a perfectly working clasp. It's finished with some chain in coordinating gold plated brass with a lobster clasp.
The necklace is available in a choice of chain lengths. Please refer to my illustration for a guide to how these lengths might look when worn.

Parts of your image will merge with the golden brass behind, creating a very beautiful, unusual and ethereal look.
You have the option of choosing photographs, the message(s) of your choice, or a combination both.
After purchasing, all you need to do is message us, attaching your chosen images, in the best resolution you have, and we will take care of the rest! In terms of picture quality, most photos taken on smartphones will be perfectly fine!

We can also professionally engrave the back of your locket with a short message or inscription of your choice, in a beautiful vintage script. This locket can hold a maximum of seven words.
