WARM- Remove inner bag and you can heat in the microwave for 30 secs. Place it back inside the cover. Test temperature before applying to the eye area. A warm therapy to relieve eye strain and for deep relaxation to promote a restful night sleep.
CHILLED- Remove inner bag and place in a sealable bag up to 30 mins in the refrigerator. Place it back inside the cover and enjoy the cooling effect that helps to reduce puffiness and soothe tired eyes.
