Variations
This traditional shaped whisky flagon can be personalised with a year of birth, 3 initials and a single letter. The flagon does not contain any whisky which allows the customer to fill it with the recipient's favourite tipple. The volume is 35cl which is a small bottle, half the standard size of 70cl. The ingenious tartan ribbon wrapped around the cork can be used time and again making it ideal for travel purposes and cutting down on one use plastic seals.

Re-seal the bottle and tie the ribbon as follows:- Position yourself facing the handle. Start by threading the tartan ribbon through the handle, gather up the ends so they are approximately equal lengths but with the left hand one slightly longer by an inch or so. Cross the lengths over in the centre of the cork and insert the drawing pin through the ribbon and into the cork. Extend the ends down and under the pouring nib. Cross the strands over and wrap them around the neck of the bottle in opposite directions, crossing over the strands extending from the handle. Tie the ends in a knot pulling tightly, this will put pressure on the cork to ensure it remains firm. Then finish off with a double bow. The bottle will now be water tight.
