Award winning Bean to Bar chocolate handmade in Salcombe, Devon.

Salcombe Dairy produces over 20 flavours of Bean to Bar Chocolate - we are constantly inventing new flavours and always keen to put our alchemistic factory to the test! All of our Bean to Bar chocolate is made with love in the heart of Salcombe, a coastal town in South Devon. It is a process that ensures the true notes of the Cocoa bean shine through.  Each bar of chocolate is hand made by Kris, our chocolatier.  He is passionate and particular - two qualities that ensure every bar is pure perfection.  Our bespoke moulds emboss each square of chocolate with the Salcombe Yawl, a boat that is synomonous with Salcombe and forms part of our company logo.  Every bar is then hand-wrapped into its compostable packaging and presented in a beautiful gift box.

Salcombe Dairy’s dark chocolate with ginger, £4.95 is really nice. Not super dark – 70% – with big chunks of crystallised stem ginger. If you fancy something in dark milk their 38% rum and raisin, £4.95, is highly eatable.
