1 x Homemade Bacon Curing Kit by Ross & Ross - a kit that contains everything you need to cure your own original, sweet and smoky bacon at home. Contains: instructions booklet, 3 x curing mixes, muslin, curing bags, plastic gloves, butchers hook. Does NOT include pork.
