Ingredients Truffle Mayonnaise: Cold pressed rapeseed oil infused with white truffle (80%), free range liquid pasteurised whole EGG (12%), white wine vinegar, sugar, lemon juice, sea salt.
Smoked Apple Chutney: Apples (52%), cider vinegar, onions, sugar, dates, sultanas, ginger, smoked paprika (0.5%), MUSTARD seeds, salt.
Roast Ham Glaze: Sugar, pineapple (40%), red pepper, habanero mash (habanero, acetic acid, salt) (1.5%), lemon juice from concentrate, pectin.
Brandy Butter: Sugar, British butter (39%) (MILK), cognac (8%), salt.
Roast Turkey Rub: Sweet paprika, juniper, coriander seeds, nutmeg, sea salt, onion powder, sugar, CELERY seed, tarragon, sumac.

Storage and shelf life Store in a cool dark place. Minimum six months shelf life. Once opened, refrigerate the mayonnaise, chutney, glaze and brandy butter and use within four weeks. The dry rubs keep at ambient temperature after opening.
