Mulberry B Weathered Stone

This bowl is made from concrete with a solid monolithic form and has been produced as part of a series of A and B. These bowls pay homage to the floating harbors used in the Normandy landings in WW2 in both material and form. The bowl is etched after casting to reveal the flecks of added stones in the concrete and also gives a tactile quality. They are produced by the designers themselves in the Room-9 studio and have natural concrete hues inherent to the casting process
