To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in their original, unused condition and, where possible, in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if an item shows signs of wear, damage, misuse, or personalisation.

We recommend using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and retaining proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed. We cannot be held responsible for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit without valid proof of postage and tracking.
For returns accepted under our extended 30-day returns policy after the statutory cancellation period has ended, a £2.79 delivery charge will be deducted from refunds where free delivery was provided. Customers are also responsible for return postage costs.
