What Is Bonded Leather?

Bonded leather is a sustainable material made by collecting and repurposing leftover leather scraps from the manufacturing process. These discarded pieces are shredded into fibres, combined with a polyurethane binder, and then pressed onto a backing, often made of fabric or paper, to form a smooth, leather-like surface.

Personalisation Information - In our workshop, we offer free personalised initials using hot foil embossing in your choice of gold, silver, or blind (plain) foil. Please see product images for examples and our font guide for available characters, including a heart symbol (request with "?"). Note that numbers are slightly smaller than letters.

Returns & Exchanges Policy:

We accept returns on non-personalised items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, packaging. We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges for items showing signs of wear, damage, misuse or personalisation.

Please contact us before returning an item for instructions. Customers are responsible for return postage costs and should retain proof of postage until the return is processed.

UK Orders:

We recommend Royal Mail Tracked 48 Small Parcel. For returns accepted under our extended 30-day policy after the statutory cancellation period, a £3.99 delivery charge will be deducted from refunds where free UK delivery was provided. Where delivery was paid separately, only the original delivery charge will be deducted. Customers are responsible for return postage.

Non-personalised items may be exchanged for change of mind or sizing issues within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return postage and a £3.99 charge for replacement delivery.

Personalised items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged unless faulty or supplied in error.

International Orders:

The terms above apply, but UK-specific postage guidance and charges do not. International customers are responsible for return and replacement shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, VAT and handling fees. If an order is refused or returned due to unpaid customs charges, costs incurred by us may be deducted from an eligible refund.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
