After placing your order for an item of memorial jewellery from our ashes jewellery range you will be allocated a unique order number. We will then send what you'll need to collect a small amount of ash in a small container and pre-paid envelope to send everything back to us.
Just one of our jewellers will exclusively work on your order from beginning to end, handcrafting your ashes necklace with the utmost of care and respect, ensuring authenticity and the highest quality throughout the jewellery making process. We afford great reverence and dignity when handling ashes and, as we only require a small amount, we will, of course, return the remaining ashes with your necklace.
Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
