INFORMATION ABOUT PROOFS:

Our pin board maps are designed using the exact wording you provide and are made to the exact specifications of your order. When you place your order you will be given the option to have a digital proof emailed to you before your artwork is printed. If this option is selected you will be sent this within 1-2 working days of placing your order for you to check, and we won't start making your pin board map until you're happy with it. Once the proof is approved, we can no longer accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges of custom work.

Please allow 1-2 working days for your proof to be emailed to you. It is up to you to approve your proof as soon as possible, as your map will not be printed until we receive your confirmation. We are not at fault for late shipments if we are waiting for your approval.

Please provide an email address that you check often so that you don’t miss our email. Your proof may get stuck in your spam filter, so it's very important that you check there if you haven't heard from us within the above time frame. We may have sent your proof and are simply awaiting your response. If you have not received your proof within 2 business days.

We are not responsible for any spelling errors you make. We try hard to pick up on any errors that we spot and flag them to customers when we see them, but unfortunately, we occasionally miss some. If you opt not to be emailed a proof when you place your order this personalisation is final and further changes cannot be made.
