I’m Katie, mumma to two little sprouts & maker behind Life of Sprout. 

When my eldest sprout (a nickname adopted from the wonderful Laura who originally started Life of Sprout) was born I spent ages looking for the perfect baby journal that would let me record every little detail of his life. I love the idea of building a big old record of every moment, memory and milestone. Something that would become a family treasure, something that I could give to him when he's older.

I looked at countless journals but never found anything that I really loved… & that’s when I decided to design my own baby journal. And this is where my story & Laura's overlap, where the Life of Sprout began.

Every moment of both childhood & parenthood is worth remembering. Whether that’s the sleep deprived days, the squishy newborn snuggles, the glorious giggles or seemingly ordinary moments that you will one day cherish – each and every moment is a magical milestone that deserves to be treasured and remembered.
