This is our artistic interpretation of your photograph rather than a detailed likeness, so we exclude details of the face - meaning it's not suitable for photographs where the person's face is fully shown. The poses that work best are natural looking moments, rather than smiling directly at the viewer - so looking down, to the side or from behind. How do I send my photo? Simply upload your photo when you're checking out. Upload only one photo if possible. Only send extra photos if we need to see more details, but let us know which is the main photo.
What will my illustration look like? We illustrate from the perspective in the photograph and don't include any background details unless selected in the dropdown. If selected, the focus is on the figures and the background is left loose and simplified. The illustration is coloured and digitally printed.
Can I check my illustration before it's finalised? Yes - we’ll upload a proof via a customer enquiry for you to check and make any changes to. We offer up to 3 amends to your original drawing. For further changes there will be an additional charge.
