The Land collection celebrates some of the world's finest cacao, and showcases the taste of South and Central America's most distinct beans - from Honduras, Nicaragua, and beyond. We bring out the natural flavours both delicate and bold, that can only truly be found in single origin bars. The whole process - from roasting, winnowing, grinding, conching and wrapping of the bar – takes place under the same roof.

Produced by chocolate maker Phil Landers, Land Chocolate officially launched late 2016. A former BBC Radio Producer, Phil honed his skills with some of the most revered chocolatiers and chocolate makers; first at Paul A. Young, and then at Mast Brothers.

Land is a crowd-pleaser that will challenge the most discerning palates.
