Land Chocolate, bean to bar made in Bethnal Green London, showcases the natural taste of cocoa beans. The Land collection celebrates some of the world's finest cacao, and showcases the taste of South and Central America's most distinct beans - from Honduras, Nicaragua, and beyond. We bring out the natural flavours both delicate and bold, that can only truly be found in single origin bars. The whole process - from roasting, winnowing, grinding, conching and wrapping of the bar – takes place under the same roof.
Produced by chocolate maker Phil Landers, Land Chocolate officially launched late 2016. A former BBC Radio Producer, Phil honed his skills with some of the most revered chocolatiers and chocolate makers; first at Paul A. Young, and then at Mast Brothers.
Land is a crowd-pleaser that will challenge the most discerning palates.
