This item is only available to UK Mainland Postal Addresses - We send this item VIA DPD TRACKED NEXT DAY & SIGNED FOR. Someone must be in to sign for the item on the requested day, if there is no answer DPD may leave with a neighbour or in a safe place but on some occasions they may not. The balloon must be signed for.
DPD will not leave the goods when no one is present. If no one is present and DPD have to redeliver potential harm could happen to balloon. This is more common if you have chosen a Monday delivery. During busy times, DPD may delivery an item that is requested for a Monday delivery at a weekend.
