Excell Quilt Co. is the studio of Kayleigh Excell, designer and creator of modern quilt art and goods inspired by the natural world. With a signature collection of abstract landscape designs, each piece is handcrafted in the UK to add a little wanderlust to your space.
My creative journey began shortly after becoming a mother in a search for a creative outlet for my personal well-being. I quickly fell for the mindful medium of quilting as a means to craft tactile art that explored my love of the natural world.
Over the following years I have developed a distinct style of large curved piecing and abstract landscapes inspired by the places I have travelled. I have been honoured to create many special pieces for homes and businesses around the world.
Each quilt is designed and handcrafted in my London home studio with an emphasis on craftsmanship, sustainability, and innovation; combining the traditional art of quilting with modern design to create inspiring textile art for your home.
