The natural opal beads measure 2.3mm and sit on a 10mm ring with a gauge of 23ga. The nose hoop ring weighs 0.1g, you won't notice it is there. The 9ct gold nose ring is also suitable for septum, tragus, huggie lobe, daith, helix and cartilage piercings too.
