Our hand embroidered felt wool cushion is adorned with a magnificent symbolic Ram’s head, the sign of Aries.

A masterpiece of appliqué and hand embroidery in black and cream felt wool, this cushion features a red central disc adorned with a magnificent symbolic Ram’s head, the sign of Aries. Intricately stitched with blanket stitch and chain stitch, it is encircled by the classical Roman laurel leaf border. The edges of the cushion are finished with contrast blanket stitch and it fastens on the back with two mother of pearl buttons.

Aries is a fire sign, ruled by the planet Mars, which signifies war and energy. Their symbol is the headstrong Ram, making them stand their ground and refuse to be pushed around.
