Creating a festive wreath graze board is so much easier than it looks. Start by piling your favourite treats high and arranging them in a circle. Don’t be afraid to mix your picky bits around the board as this will help to create contrast and interest. For ours we chose a mix of sweet and savoury including easy peelers, charcuterie, blackberries, cranberries, rosemary, olives and cheese. Once you’ve got your wreath shape, add some special New Year’s Eve touches to decorate it. Think cheese cut into stars, fresh herbs for branches and jewel-like redcurrants.
