The process is simple, either scan your image or use a camera / smartphone to create a jpg image.
Place your order, then send us an enquiry against your order with your chosen image.
Please contact us via 'Ask the seller a question' if you would like help with your personalisation requirements, we are happy to advise you.
Personalisation is carried out in our workshop and usually dispatched the same day.
Your gift will arrive packaged in a cellophane envelope or you can add a gift box for a small extra charge

Our free standard postage is by Royal Mail 1st class post which has delivery guidelines of 1-2 working days but is not guaranteed to arrive within this timeframe.
