Hiver's original flagship is a dry, crisp and refreshing blonde that has now won several awards, including World Beer Challenge and European Beer Star Gold medal for Specialty Honey Beer. We use honey as an ingredient, as is traditional to this beer style, rather than as an additive. This means that much of the sugar is fermented out so only the aroma and flavour remain.

The honey beer is golden straw in colour and opens with an inviting honey and biscuit aroma.

The Amber Beer is light and tawny brown in colour and fermented with raw blossom and heather honeys to complement and add depth to darker roasted malts. A light hop bitterness finishes a flavoursome and fresh craft beer. This Beer Won Britain's Best Honey beer in 2016.

And our Session IPA has a maltby backbone and a refreshing hop bitterness that will keep the most discerning of craft beer drinkers happy this winter!
