This cocktail relates back to 1862 when it featured in a book by Jerry Thomas'! It's had a huge revivial in the 1980's and a firm favourite ever since!

H&B's take is made with Bulleit Bourbon whiskey blended with Angostura Bitters & a syrup made from Guinness, cacao, demerara & malt extract.

PREPARE

Pour 75ml over ice in a small tumbler. Stir gently for 30 seconds. Garnish with a slice of orange
