Our boxes support children to develop a growth mindset, positive thinking and build resilience to help them bounce back from life’s inevitable challenges. Negative beliefs can impact our lives greatly and can be hard to shift as we grow older. It is essential that children learn to create these positive emotions within themselves. 

Lynda Phoenix is the founder of The Happy Craft Box, she has worked extensively in the wellbeing industry. She became increasingly concerned about the effect the pandemic was having on children. By using art therapy and mindfulness she helped her own daughter through the isolation using these powerful techniques, she knew these techniques would help other children so she launched the Happy Craft Box.
