Locally grown apples handcrafted into a fine vintage Welsh cider
At our family farm south of the Brecon Beacons, Hallets Real Cider has taken the old traditional methods of cider making and applied a new philosophy to production, adopting a few techniques from Europe's finest wine makers along the way. Nestled among the hillside woodlands of the Ebbw Valley, you can find ciders ageing in rum and whiskey oak barrels alongside towering stainless steel wine fermenters and state-of-the-art machinery.
We have not yielded to the trend of adding syrups and berries to our cider. Instead, we've taken a more grown up approach using the care and attention needed to blend a fine vintage cider worthy of acclaim from some of the most respected critics.
