UK DELIVERY - we endeavour to maintain an ample amount of stock at all times so we can despatch your order as quickly as possible. If an item is unavailable we will not accept your order without contacting you with an expected delivery date. You can then decide if you would like to wait for that item to come back into stock (normally a week or so) or cancel the order. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with an estimated delivery date.

UK orders are dispatched via Interlink Express and require a signature. If there is no response a calling card will be left. Please contact them straight away to arrange redelivery.

Non personalised orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the following working day (mainland UK only.) Personalised orders allow an addiotional 1- 2 days for our speedy service. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday unless you opt to pay for the Saturday delivery.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY - we accept orders for global destinations. Simply use the "ask the seller a question" tab and we shall be able to quote a delivery charge and expected delivery date.

RETURNS - please note we do not offer returns on personalised goods. Please ensure you double check supplied text and punctuation, what is supplied will be used.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES - we are extremely proud of our products and check everything before it is dispatched. Please contact us in the first instance to discuss any issues you may have. Unused items need to be returned to us within 7 days. Ensure that all items are sufficiently packaged. We recommend that you return your items by registered post (keep hold of the proof of postage,) as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Return postage will be refunded if any of our items arrive with you damaged or faulty. Any refunds will be completed within 30 days of the goods being returned. As many of our items are made by hand, they are unique so slight variations in colour, pattern, texture and size may occur, (especially with the leather goods, however, we think this adds to their beauty and uniqueness.)
