The difference between a space saver bed frame and a standard bed frame is that the space saver features a slightly smaller frame in which the mattress rests on top of rather than inside. The Low Oriental Bed (Space Saver) takes up less floorspace, which can prove highly essential to a lot of people. This wooden bed frame is smaller than the usual height of normal beds. The extra bedroom space generated by the this bed frame makes this space saving of our Low Oriental Bed an ideal choice for your attic or loft bedrooms.

We offer variations and customisable features on all of our wooden bed frames, they are all handmade to order here in the UK. You have the choice between a solid scandinavian pine finish and hardwood finish. Pine finishes offer much more colour variation, making it an ideal choice for those that have a colour theme in their bedroom. Hardwood finishes are brilliant for those that may also have hardwood furniture in their bedroom, eg. oak wardrobes.

Like all our handmade wooden beds, this space saver bed will arrive flat-packed and will typically consist of three easy to handle parcels. We use traditional Mortise and Tenon joints in the construction of and with the use of our clear instructions it will simply slide together and can be assembled in less than 15 minutes.

Please note: Mattresses, bedding and underbed storage boxes are not included with the bed frame.
