Phoenix Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Brown Fast growing, well-formed, very tasty fruit bodies, excellent results at higher temperatures. Fruiting temperature 11-28°c

Blue Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Rapidly growing species, very high yield, excellent quality of the fruit bodies. Fruiting temperature 5-22°c

Pink Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Vibrant colour, decorative fruit bodies. Fruiting temperature 18-28°c

Gold Oyster Mushroom Qualities: Vibrant colour, Decorative species, slight milder taste, rapid production. Fruiting temperature 13-28°c

Florida Oyster Qualities: Grey Good cultivation results, develop into medium size, funnel-shaped fruit bodies temperatures between 11- 28°C
