My name is Charlie, and I'm the illustrator behind Fearless Flamingo. I loved drawing at school, but after uni I went into advertising instead, and stayed there for 15 years. It took having 3 kids to bring me back to a pencil.

I started out focused on children's prints, and it was the after school conversations with my eldest (or more often, the lack of them) that pushed me to create my first ever print, the A to Z of Emotions. Since then things have grown in directions I didn't expect, wooden decorations, homeware, pieces that lean into nostalgia and the little things that make a house feel like yours. The products have changed and multiplied, but the aim hasn't: to nurture a positive mindset and bring a little joy to your day.
