We love our Earl Grey so much that we drink it all day…. but then can’t sleep. So we’ve created Decaf Royal Earl Grey.
To Brew: Use 1 tsp per cup, add freshly boiled water. Brew for 3 mins. Serve immediately with or without milk or with a slice of lemon.
Royal Earl Grey G & T:
1. Infuse 400ml Gin with 2 teaspoons of Decaf Royal Earl Grey in a personal teabag for 1-2 hours.
2. Make sugar syrup: 100ml of water & 3 teaspoons sugar, heat until the sugar dissolves.
3. Into a jar add 2 parts Gin, juice from 1/2 lemon, 2 teaspoons of sugar syrup. Shake.
4. Pour Gin mix over ice, add 3 parts tonic water. Garnish with lemon.
