Hello,

I’m Lucy, owner and designer behind Emmy James Studio. A small home studio based in South Manchester, UK.

I studied textile design for fashion at the Manchester School of Art, specialising in print design and began freelancing before venturing into the world of visual merchandising and E-commerce. After 12 years, I decided to follow my dream, Emmy James Studio was then born in Spring 2025.

All of my designs are digitally drawn or hand painted by myself. My wall art is printed in my home studio and my greetings cards and stationery are printed in the UK using sustainable materials.

I love using colour and usually take inspiration from nature or food and drink to create joyful, cute designs to make you smile!
