Relax, unwind in rural tranquillity and discover your inner potter.
With a love of clay and people in equal measure, we host amazing potter's wheel courses, classes and experiences from our idyllic Herefordshire studio on The Eastnor Castle Estate. Spend 1.5hrs, a day or the whole weekend on the potter's wheel transforming balls of clay into works of art. You'll have so much fun but learn so much at the same time on our accessible and welcoming sessions.
We're a family run business founded in 1994 by my wife and fellow potter Sarah Monk and myself, Jon Williams. We met at art-school in the early 90's and both graduated with BA Hons in Ceramics....and a burning desire to make pottery!
Our studio serves as a creative space where we produce our own pots and works of ceramic art. This is where we also share our passion and enthusiasm for clay with others, working with adults, young people and children. The Flying Potter is our mobile offer, delivering the Eastnor Pottery experience in community, educational and business settings.
