Based in leafy West Sussex, we pride ourselves on producing beautiful bespoke gifts and accessories that everyone will love to receive.
Set up in 1978 by Duncan, the business is now the passion of his sons, Andrew, and Fraser. Together with their close-knit, dedicated team they create every bespoke order from preparing the stock, putting the artwork together, and running your order on our embroidery, debossing, or laser machines.
We have recently increased our range of products, from embroidered gifts to engraved homeware, there is a personalised gift suitable for the whole family.

How your order will be prepared by our team.
All orders are received by our team at our Sussex workshop. Orders are processed into our internal system and the stock is picked ready to be personalised by our production team. Our artwork team will process your order based on your customisation request. Once the artwork is ready, the item you've chosen is personalised using either our embroidery, debossing or laser engraving machines. We have a quality control station where we check the orders before they are packaged and shipped.
We pride our team on ensuring orders are produced to the highest standard however we admit sometimes we can make a mistake so please do let us know and we will happily resolve with a replacement or refund for you.
We aim to work towards the advertised delivery date on the listings at the time you order, we will contact you if any issues occur that could delay despatch. Whilst we cannot control courier delays, we revise our courier partners annually to consider how we can offer the best service to our customers.

We work to the Terms & Conditions of sale provided by Not On the High Street. Link to these are found below, but the basic outline is
1. We cannot guarantee to be able to cancel, edit or amend an order that is personalised/ customised or ordered to have embroidery on it once it has been accepted as we could have already started the embroidery/ personalisation process.
2. Returns on personalised goods are not available unless the product has a fault or the embroidery is incorrectly completed. All items with personalised/embroidered orders are made to order.
3. We need proof of fault in products, an image is ideal, so that we can process a resolution
4. Please contact us prior to returning an item, for us to confirm the return will be accepted
