Hello and welcome to Duncan Stewart. We are a small family-run business based in beautiful West Sussex. Set up in 1978 by Duncan Stewart, the business is now the passion of his sons Fraser and Andrew who take great pride in the business that their father created from his spare room all those years ago! Things have now changed somewhat and we have a small, dedicated team of skilled "in house" embroidery craftspeople in our workshop.
Since the early days of Duncan Stewart, we have greatly increased the range of products that we embroider. Over the last year on Not On The High Street our luxury embroidered Egyptian cotton towels, bathrobes and fleece blankets have been exceptionally well received. We are pleased to also now offer our new range of personalised Vintage Canvas and Retro bags!
We aim to work towards the advertised delivery date, however if you need an item by a specific date that is within 10 days of ordering please consider using our express courier option. This is a tracked, signed service so please select a delivery address where your order can be signed for.
Royal Mail 2nd class (standard post/ free delivery): Not tracked but confirmation of delivery available
Parcelforce (express or standard post/free delivery of orders weighing more then 2 kilograms): Tracked, signed service

We work to the Terms & Conditions of sale provided by Not On the High Street. Link to these are found below, but the basic outline is
1. We cannot guarantee to be able to cancel, edit or amend an order that is personalised/ customised or ordered to have embroidery on it once it has been accepted as we could have already started the embroidery/ personalisation process
2. Returns on personalised goods are not available unless the product has a fault or the embroidery is incorrectly completed
3. We need proof of fault in products, an image is ideal, so that we can process a resolution
4. Please contact us prior to returning an item, for us to confirm the return will be accepted
