Washable natural linen cushion cover (wash at 30 degrees), with a sponge clean cotton inner bag, generously filled with British chemical free un-scented wheat and packaged in a biodegradable natural card wrap. To use as a cold pack, freeze for a minimum of 1 hour. Instructions included.
