100% wool from Shetland Sheep.

The natural fibre is dyed, woven and finished in the same building. The mill is more than 150 years old and is one of the few remaining mills where every step of the manufacturing process is held under one roof, from designing to finishing the blankets, thus massively reducing their carbon footprint.

All the wool is sourced ethically, and all the animals involved are well treated. No harmful dyes or substances are used in the manufacturing process (in contrast to any imported throw). All water waste from the production of the blankets is thoroughly cleaned before being released from the mill. Any wastage of fabric is sent for recycling when possible.
