Variations
The flower seeds are a pretty mix of flowers such as Cosmos, Sunflowers and Zinnias. Its a great way to get kids into gardening too - just pop the seeds into a large container and let them create their own gardening masterpiece.
Once the flowers have 'set seed' in the autumn, the seeds can be used to make fat balls to use with the bird feeder. A recipe card to make fat balls to use with the bird feeder is also included.
These seeds are not edible and children should be supervised at all times.
The gift can be gift wrapped in tissue paper and tag and there's also the option to purchase a gift card, which I will handwrite your message. This means your gift can be posted direct to the recipient. A recipe card to make fat balls to use with the bird feeder is also included.

The bird feeder is made from galvanised powder coated steel in cream colour only
Cosmos ‘Candy Stripe’ – a white daisy with a magenta edge, giving it a ‘striped’ effect. Really pretty in any border or container. They prefer full or part sun, and will flower all summer long right until first frosts if you dead-head the flowers regularly. Grows to around 60-90cm tall so may need staking.
Sunflower Valentine – Easy to grow for cut flowers. Winner of an RHS Award of Garden Merit for reliability and good performance. Sow March-May. Flowers from June to October. Grows to around 150cm tall. Seeds in the seed packet are not edible, but once grown the seeds can be harvested and eaten, or why not leave them for the birds!
Zinnia – Beautiful bright bi-colour flowers which grow to around 70cm tall and are great cut flowers too. Sow them in the pot/border where they are to grow as they don’t like root disturbance. Sow outdoors May-June and will flower July-October.
