The same Low n Slow/Hot n Fast variable temp BBQ cooking The Mini-Dub works exactly the same as the Original and Deluxe versions but with added cool factor x15!

Comes supplied with removable stainless steel legs to protect lawns/ surfaces from scorching.

The main body is made from mild steel. It will arrive pre-oiled on the inside surfaces to help prevent rust but must be seasoned with a gradual trial burn (no food) initially to "bake on" the high temp paint.

The smoker should be cleaned out inside regularly and lightly re-oiled to re-season the bare metal surfaces. It should be covered or stored somewhere dry after it has cooled, this way it should last a lifetime.

The grill, diffuser plate and legs are Stainless Steel and dishwasher safe.
